Your day by day itinerary. Please note that we reserve the right to change the timetable.

Day 1

  • Check in to your Premium Villa
    • Welcome, and time to settle in. If you offer mini guided tours of the resort, my groups have loved learning more about the place they are staying at.
  • Opening grounding yoga session with intention-setting and a short group introduction.
  • Shared dinner
    • Enjoy a carefully prepared dinner inspired by the flavours of Lapland.
  • Time for sauna, rest, and a pre-recorded Yoga Nidra session for deep relaxation.

Day 2

  • Snacks, tea, and coffee available in the morning.
  • Morning yoga and meditation/breathwork session.
  • Breakfast delivered to your villa
    • Wake up slowly and enjoy breakfast at your own pace.
  • Lapland nature experience
    • Such as a forest walk, ranch visit, time with the animals, or seasonal activities like mushroom picking.
  • Free time
    • Relax in your private hot tub, unwind in the sauna or spend a peaceful time reading, or enjoying the resort.
  • Afternoon restorative session, for example, yoga with drum or sound relaxation
  • Dinner in restaurant
  • Relaxed evening.

Day 3

  • Snacks, tea, and coffee available in the morning.
  • Morning yoga and meditation/breathwork session.
  • Breakfast delivered to your villa
    • Wake up slowly and enjoy breakfast at your own pace.
  • Lapland nature experience
    • A second nature-based experience or a more relaxed day at the resort, depending on the group’s energy and the season.
  • Free time
    • Relax in your private hot tub, unwind in the sauna or spend a peaceful time reading, or enjoying the resort.
  • The afternoon session focused on restoration, integration, or deeper relaxation for the nervous system. Can be outdoors also, depending on the weather
  • Dinner in restaurant
  • Quiet evening to unwind.

Day 4

  • Snacks, tea, and coffee available in the morning.
  • Final morning yoga and meditation/breathwork session, revisiting the original intention and allowing space for any final sharing if desired
  • Brunch in restaurant
  • A simple closing moment with the group, kept relaxed.
  • Check-out and goodbyes
